                                                    PAE Source/Object Archive


     Archive Report - Help

         This command will scan your system and locate objects which are
         eligible (based on threshold values) for Archiving.  It has two
         options: *REPORT will produce a report only while *FILE will in
         addition add these objects to the Archive system.

     Update Archive file - Help

         Specifies the desired option.

         The possible values are:

         *REPORT
             Scans system and produces a report of potential objects to be
             archived.

         *FILE
             Same as *REPORT but places each reccommended object into the
             Archive system in hold status.

     Minimum Days unused to include - Help

         Specifies the desired threshold for an object to be included.  An
         object must have been unused for this number of days to be
         included.

         The possible values are:

         *DEFAULT
             Uses the User defined default.  If this is the Demo version of
             Archive then the default is 30.

         Number of Days
             Specify the desired number of days to be used from 1 to 99999.

     Minimum Size to include object - Help

         Specifies the desired threshold for an object to be included.  An
         object must be greater then the size (in bytes) specified here to
         be included.

         The possible values are:

         *DEFAULT
             Uses the User defined default.  If this is the Demo version of
             Archive then the default is 1000000.

         Minimum Size (in bytes)
             Specify the minimum object size to be used from 100000 to
             999999999.
